PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Executive in Transition Coaching Program provides coaching to individuals who are experiencing a career transition. The program is designed to assist displaced employees in developing and implementing a career plan. It begins with an in-depth assessment of the individual's values, skills, interests, talents and preferred work characteristics. This assessment leads to the creation of a Personal Mission Statement, Career Objective and Marketing Plan. We then help participants update their job search skills and successfully position themselves to achieve their Career Objective.
