Donna Rae Billings, CPCC, M.Ed., PHR
Donna Billings is a motivated teacher and a highly skilled certified professional executive/career coach. During the past twenty-five years she has functioned as an entrepreneurial performance consultant to developing companies, as the senior level manager of an extremely active training department and as a human resource manager.
During her tenure as the Senior Manager of Training/Organizational Development at FedEx Ground, she led the team in the design, development and implementation of a highly effective and successful executive leadership assessment and development process targeted for senior management. This program recently won an award for innovation in work force development at the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association annual conference
Clients include top executives and middle managers in the health care, pharmaceutical, transportation industries and for Deloitte & Touche. She also provides 360-degree feedback coaching to executives attending the Executive Leadership training programs for the American Management Association. Donna specializes in coaching women to become leaders. In this capacity, she has developed and facilitates a Leadership for Women Workshop.
She is affiliated with the Center for Leadership Studies in Escondido, California where she facilitates Situational LeadershipÒtraining, is a master trainer for teaching others to facilitate the program offerings and regularly represents the Center as a conference speaker throughout the United States.
Her love of teaching finds another outlet as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Graduate MBA program at Chatham College. Besides teaching the Human Resources Management course she has developed and will teach the Managing a Diverse Workforce course for Chatham.
Donna received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Kent State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Education from Robert Morris College. She has achieved the following professional certifications: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute; Professional Human Resources certificate (PHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is certified to teach courses from Development Dimensions International (DDI), Behavioral Interviewing; Stuart Atkins High Performance Management courses. She also is certified in the Lominger Limited, Inc., Catalyst Systems VOICES 360-degree feedback and Recruiting Architect® products.
Her most recent speaking engagements include presentations made at the Center for Leadership Studies International Conference, The Chicago Regional Power of Coaching Conference, American Society for Quality Regional Conference; American Society for Quality monthly chapter dinner speaker; and capstone leadership trainer for the American Management Association's Executive Leadership program.
