The New Leaders Coaching Program is designed to help newly appointed or promoted executives achieve a successful transition into their new position and organization. With the increased push for rapid results, the "Honeymoon Period" has substantially shortened. There is little time allowed for new leaders to learn their new jobs and/or organizational "rules." The success rate of new leaders is less than 60% and the replacement is time consuming and costly. The program provides a resource to these new leaders to ensure that they can rapidly adapt to the new environment, capitalize on strengths, accelerate the learning process and effectively move the organization toward its strategic goals. This highly individualized process is tailored to the leader's needs, learning style and work schedule.

GOALS:

  • Promote the effective transition of an executive to his/her new responsibilities.
  • Accelerate the learning process and adaptation to a new organizational environment so as to increase the probability of success.
  • Ensure agreement between the executive and his/her manager concerning the expectations for the position.
  • Create a plan to successfully manage these expectations and organizational goals.
  • Quickly develop strong stakeholder relationships and support.
  • Enhance ability to capitalize on the talents and knowledge of leader's management team.
