This six hour workshop is designed to assist managers and employees in building their ability to integrate major organizational change effectively into their management strategies and work life.

GOALS:

  • Understand and articulate the personal impact of change.
  • Transform change into a positive force through an understanding of strategies to take charge of change situations to ensure the desired outcomes.
  • Gain a greater awareness of why people have so much difficulty with change by examining the human response to change and its impact on morale and performance.
  • Plan for helping others manage transitions to sustain productivity and rebuild employee commitment during periods of major organizational change.
