Fuller
Tracy Fuller enables business leaders to
approach their challenges more creatively and effectively. Her coaching
services leverage her expertise in leadership and organizational
development, business and applied creativity. She has partnered
with a diverse group of clients for over twenty years, acting as
a catalyst for creating new levels of achievement and success. In
addition to serving as an Associate of The Fogarty Group, Tracy
serves as Managing Director of COMPIO, a network of coaches and
consultants that specialize in building leadership and innovation

As an internal and external consultant working with organizations
in the technology, healthcare, engineering, retail, energy, non-profit
and educational sectors, Ms. Fuller has supported every stage of the
organizational life cycle, including the start-up of new businesses,
driving rapid growth, enhancing periods of stability, designing effective
reductions in force and closing business operations. Prior to founding
COMPIO, Tracy Fuller served as Vice President of Human Resources for
MetalSite, Inc., an international B2B e-commerce firm, and its subsidiary.
As an Officer of the company and member of the executive team, she
implemented a comprehensive range of management and leadership practices
designed to support and drive the business strategy.
In addition to coaching for individual effectiveness, Tracy Fuller
has consulted with CEOs, Boards and senior executive teams on the
design and effectiveness of their leadership teams and the development
of their organization's capabilities. She has collaborated with organizational
leaders to develop the infrastructure of early stage companies, business
units, programs and practices; and has led and facilitated teams developing
strategic plans, enterprise communication strategies and practical
measurement practices.
Ms. Fuller is a faculty member at the
Chautauqua Institution, teaching tools and techniques
that trigger and support innovation. Tracy has
lectured at Carnegie Mellon University 's Graduate School of Public
Affairs on Systems Thinking, Managing Quality Improvement and Breakthrough
Thinking; and continues to present at professional and community organizations,
including: The Human Resources Planning Society,
The Creative Problem Solving Institute, and the Human Resources Association.
She has Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Education,
and serves on the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors
of Achieva.
